Tia made the decision to leave her retail position at Myer to take up a position on the Tanau Canberra team in March 2023, and she hasn't looked back since! Tia quickly made waves in the company, achieving exceptional milestones early on, including the proud accomplishment of joining the exclusive '10 Club' during a road -trip to Katoomba. One of her most cherished memories at Tanau is the 2023 Gala event, where she had the opportunity to network and learn from amazing role models.
With an exceptional skillset, Tia sets her sights on ambitious goals, aiming to mentor and lead 100 individuals on their own personal sales journeys at Tanau. While growth is a profoundly inspiring aspect of the company for Tai, what she loves most is the positive energy from the team and the vibes in the office every day.
Tia's determination and work ethic have allowed her to develop herself rapidly. She emphasises how her time in sales has not only contributed to a higher level of mental stability but has also given her the ability to connect with a diverse range of personalities. Jasmine Hall
In November 2022, Jasmine traded her chef’s apron for a sales role at Tanau, quickly demonstrating her capabilities by earning the title of top salesperson in 2023. Her early success showcased her relentless work ethic and adaptability.
Jasmine is not one to rest on her laurels. She’s set her sights on opening and leading a Sydney office, with goals to regularly exceed 300 sales each week. For Jasmine, success isn't just about numbers; it’s about refining her leadership and communication skills, and building a team that excels together and celebrates collective achievements.
At Tanau, Jasmine has gained more than just sales knowledge. The experience has taught her valuable life lessons, such as being grateful for what you have and taking responsibility for your actions, regardless of the outcome. Daniel Christopher
Dan transitioned from his role as a cook to join the Tanau Canberra team at the end of 2023. With prior experience as a supervisor, he brought a wealth of experience and a passion for leadership to the team.
For Dan, the highlights of his Tanau experience lie in the people he's met along the way and the nurturing office environment that fosters growth and camaraderie. His long-term goal within Tanau? Riding the wave of expansion and contributing to the company's ascent to becoming one of the largest direct sales marketing firms in Australasia—a testament to his ambition and dedication.
What Dan looks forward to most at Tanau is the camaraderie among his associates, all striving towards personal and professional excellence with a shared goal in mind. Through his journey at Tanau, Dan has evolved into a leader who leads by example and constantly seeks self-improvement in all facets of life.

Archi Mair
Before arriving in Australia, Archi served as an Export Manager at a live shellfish distribution company in Scotland. Since joining Tanau, his favourite moments have been simply getting to know the team, along with his newfound excitement for the week ahead. His long-term career aspiration involves managing his own branch, whether in Australia or elsewhere in the expansion plan.
What excites Archi the most is witnessing collective and individual growth among his peers, as well as the anticipation of any upcoming road trips. When reflecting on his time at Tanau, Archi noticed significant improvements in his communication skills, self-belief, and overall confidence.

Oskar Boog
Before joining Tanau, Oskar worked as a bartender at Ostani Restaurant. Since starting at Tanau in early 2024, he has embraced new challenges and opportunities, finding excitement and camaraderie in his work. A significant highlight was his first road trip, where he set new daily and weekly sales records, securing his position as a high performer.
Oskar's long-term goal is to open a branch in Perth or Sydney and build a team that shares his enthusiasm and drive. He eagerly anticipates achieving his Branch Manager promotion and leading his team to success.

Asher Macela
Asher began his journey at Tanau in April last year, moving from his dual roles in retail and as a part-time dairy farm worker. This shift led him to a dynamic environment where he quickly became essential to the team.
At Tanau, Asher has thrived by building strong relationships within the Wollongong office and across the company's other offices, significantly contributing to the vibrant culture. His greatest highlight has been not only the professional growth he's achieved at work but also the personal development that has reshaped his character outside of work.
Asher has high ambitions at Tanau. He aims to make an extraordinary amount of money and build a committed team of more than ten members. His motivation is fuelled by daily interactions with team members and the preparation that sets the stage for outstanding performances in the field, coupled with rewarding financial returns.

Kyla Sharp
Before joining the Tanau Canberra team, Kyla worked as a pharmacy assistant for four years while studying nursing to become an Enrolled Nurse. Since starting at Tanau, she has embraced new challenges and opportunities, including attending a conference in Sydney, where she met high performers from other companies and learned valuable industry skills.
A memorable highlight was her first working road trip to Richmond, where she achieved her first major sales milestone and was recognised as a high-roller. Her long-term goal is to build and coach her own team, sharing her knowledge and experience to foster their growth and success. Earl Powell
In May 2023, Earl left his cafe to dive into the sales world at Tanau, where he quickly stood out with impressive achievements. A key moment for him was attending his first Sales Conference in Sydney, where he learned valuable lessons from the industries top performers.
Earl is now aiming to become an area manager within the next few months. His goals are to move up in his career, increase his earnings, and stand out among colleagues who are just as driven and hardworking as he is.

Sierra’s long-term goal is to lead a strong team and eventually move into a management position. She’s excited about expanding her sales knowledge, continuing to challenge her own beliefs and behaviours, and stepping into a coaching role to help others grow and succeed.
Since joining Tanau, Sierra has learned that the only limits are those set by her own mindset. This realisation has profoundly impacted both her personal and professional life, empowering her to push past barriers and aim for even greater goals.

Matthew Krkovski
Matthew joined the Wollongong Tanau team in April 2024, transitioning from part-time retail to embrace a dynamic, fast-paced environment. He thrives on the camaraderie and motivation of road trips with the team, where each journey strengthens bonds and offers valuable learning experiences.

Tony joined the Tanau Canberra team in mid-2024, bringing with him a diverse background that spans four years in a trade to managing—and eventually owning—a supplement store. Transitioning to Tanau has opened new doors, allowing him to develop fresh skills and connect deeply with what he calls his “Tanau family.”
