Jennifer McGrath
In November 2022, Jenn made a significant career shift, leaving behind a successful 7-year stint as a Hairstylist to join the Tanau and Asscoaites Canberra team. Despite her love for colouring and cutting hair, she was seeking a change. A standout moment for her was the invitation to the Annual Gala event in March 2023, where she discovered an industry that celebrates performance, growth, and personal development.

Looking ahead, Jenn aspires to manage and lead her branch with 20+ sales associates. Her vision for growth extends beyond her career, encompassing professional, personal and financial realms - an aspect of working at Tanau that she describes as truly life-changing.

Since becoming part of the Tanau team, Jenn has noticed remarkable enhancements in her communication skills, work ethic, and financial acumen. Above all, there has been a profound transformation in her mindset and passion for life across all areas.

Tia Ryan
Tia made the decision to leave her retail position at Myer to take up a position on the Tanau Canberra team in March 2023, and she hasn't looked back since! Tia quickly made waves in the company, achieving exceptional milestones early on, including the proud accomplishment of joining the exclusive '10 Club' during a road -trip to Katoomba. One of her most cherished memories at Tanau is the 2023 Gala event, where she had the opportunity to network and learn from amazing role models.

With an exceptional skillset, Tia sets her sights on ambitious goals, aiming to mentor and lead 100 individuals on their own personal sales journeys at Tanau. While growth is a profoundly inspiring aspect of the company for Tai, what she loves most is the positive energy from the team and the vibes in the office every day.

Tia's determination and work ethic have allowed her to develop herself rapidly. She emphasises how her time in sales has not only contributed to a higher level of mental stability but has also given her the ability to connect with a diverse range of personalities. This inspiration motivates her daily to strive towards her goals and be the best version of herself.

Daniel Christopher
Dan transitioned from his role as a cook to join the Tanau Canberra team at the end of 2023. With prior experience as a supervisor, he brought a wealth of experience and a passion for leadership to the team.
For Dan, the highlights of his Tanau experience lie in the people he's met along the way and the nurturing office environment that fosters growth and camaraderie. His long-term goal within Tanau? Riding the wave of expansion and contributing to the company's ascent to becoming one of the largest direct sales marketing firms in Australasia—a testament to his ambition and dedication.
What Dan looks forward to most at Tanau is the camaraderie among his associates, all striving towards personal and professional excellence with a shared goal in mind. Through his journey at Tanau, Dan has evolved into a leader who leads by example and constantly seeks self-improvement in all facets of life.
His favourite quote comes from the timeless wisdom of Steve Jobs: “Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people's thinking.”
Archi Mair
Before arriving in Australia, Archi served as an Export Manager at a live shellfish distribution company in Scotland. Since joining Tanau, his favourite moments have been simply getting to know the team, along with his newfound excitement for the week ahead. His long-term career aspiration involves managing his own branch, whether in Australia or elsewhere in the expansion plan.
What excites Archi the most is witnessing collective and individual growth among his peers, as well as the anticipation of any upcoming road trips. When reflecting on his time at Tanau, Archi noticed significant improvements in his communication skills, self-belief, and overall confidence.
Guided by the powerful quote, "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want," Archi embodies a spirit of generosity and collaboration, making him a valuable asset to the Tanau community.
Ethan Gjorgovski
In mid-November 2023, Ethan transitioned from a labor-intensive, night-shift role in the railway industry to a dynamic sales position at Tanau & Associates. Seeking career progression and a more engaging work environment, he was drawn to Tanau’s reputation for nurturing talent and providing ample growth opportunities.
From the start, Ethan has given his all to his new role, which has quickly accelerated his personal and professional growth. He especially enjoys the road trips at Tanau, where the intensive collaboration and mutual motivation with colleagues foster continuous improvement and notable achievements.
With a goal to become a Branch Manager within two years, Ethan is energized by Tanau’s vibrant atmosphere and the shared drive of his team. The skills in leadership, confidence, and mindset he has cultivated are not only visible in his work but have also made a noticeable impact on his personal life, as acknowledged by his peers and family.
